Brake Pads Manufacturing Process
Jindon has accumulated a wealth of brake parts manufacturing experience in product developing following more than twenty years of industry research and work.

01. Automatic Mixing System
The friction material compound is prepared in advance. We use between 20 and 30 raw materials in each compound to create more than 100 different friction materials because every vehicle differs in terms of weight performance and purpose. It’s important to prepare each compound to meet the specific performance, comfort, durability requirements of the vehicle in question.

The application of automatic mixing system and automatic weighing equipment increases production efficiency by 20%
04. Curing
Again, brake pads are put under high temperature to strengthen and ensure they can perform under extreme conditions.

05. Grinding, Slotting& Chamfering
This process improves the performance of the brake pad and also improves its look.

07. Painting
Sandblasting at the brake pads
Sand blasting on the surface to remove impurities on the surface, ensuring smooth progress and good results of the next step.
The integral painting at the brake pads
Painting embellishes the appearance of the brake pads and protects them from rust and corrosion.

08. Shim Bonding, Riveting& Marking
Shims are placed on the brake pad. Then, the required accessories are assembled.
Next, the brake pad is marked with the homologation number are maintained and all the information needed for the tracking of the product.
09. Inspecting
100% pre-packaging inspection
Meticulously check on the finished brake pads before packing to ensure the safety of products.
