Stamping
100% webs and flanges of brake shoes produced by ourselves to ensure the quality
Welding
The webs and flanges are manufactured separately and then welded together so as to the form the final T section of the shoe.
Shot blasting

Soak Gluing
All our drum brake shoes are surface treated with soak gluing process. This makes our products even more resistant to corrosion.
The color can be customized to our customers’ need.

Hot Pressing
The friction material are pressed under high temperature to make the brake linings.

Curing
Again, brake linings are put under high temperature for a few hours to strengthen and ensure they can perform under extreme conditions.
Grinding & Chamfering
This process improves the performance of the brake shoe and also improves its look.
Gluing
In the next step, we will bond our uniquely formulated glue to the pressed brake linings to ensure that the brake linings and bare brake shoes are tightly bonded together.
Our shear strength test shows how strong the bonding power is!
Drilling
For brake shoes that require a riveted design, the brake linings also need to have a drilling process before the combination.
Bonding & Riveting
Using custom fixtures, the brake lines and the bare brake shoes are put together in normal temperature and also a few hours under high temperature to strengthen the performance.
Then, the required accessories are assembled on the brake shoes.
Marking
Next, the brake shoe is marked with the homologation number are maintained and all the information needed for the tracking of the product.
Inspecting
100% pre-packaging inspection
Meticulously check on the finished brake Shoes before packing to ensure the safety of products.
